Lake Oconee, Madison Georgia

Water 85 The dog days of summer are just around the corner, but before it gets here, it looks like we may all drown first. Hurricane weather is about to effect Oconee in a drastic way. As I sit here and look out my window the lake is more than full. Apalachee Bait shop's parking area is under water. They released water just about as hard as they could yesterday and it appears the lake has went up. We caught only a few nice hybes on Friday and for the next few days it is going to be perilious. Before all this happened the fish were showing up in their regular places that I mentioned in my last report. For now, just stay home because it shall be a muddy situation here for a few days.
