Today's report is a little bit different. While up on the reef today searching for Sailfish chasing ballyhoo we spotted about a 2000 pound great white shark in 15 feet of water. We had the awesome experience of being able to follow the fish for close to 15 minutes to get a really close look. It would be a scary thought if I was a diver and saw this fish and will make me think about it every time I jump in the water in these areas. We did not bake the fish because we did not want to harm him and would never have been able to get them any closer than we had him behind our boat. You never know what you're going to see in Miami Florida. In other news Sailfish in seems to be picking up. It has been slow for a few days but at the end of yesterday there were a few fish caught so our hopes are up that this is the beginning of a good week of sailfishing.. {%image_id=69149%}
