Hello Everyone, The river is flowing around 490-500 cfs. The visibility is around 2-3 feet. Lots of moss especially in the afternoon. The upper areas has been fishing good. The early am using #20-22 olive, cream, or gray larva's, to a #24-26 olive /black ribbed pupa or Krystal flash midge. # 24-26 gray bodied black headed pupa's and flash wings. #18-22 Red and orange larva's also working. Early afternoons has had a light BWO hatch in the upper areas. Try a #24-26 calf hair parachute Adams for sipping or gulping heads. The main channel is fishing good using the above larva's and midge pupa's. Late am into early afternoon the beatis are hatching. #20-22 Pheasant tails, Wd40-s, gray or chocolate foam wing's, and Johnny Flashes. Texas Hole down to the lower flats has been good to great. What has been working for me is #18-20 red larva's, #20-22 olive, gray or cream larva's in the am. Gray and Black #20-22 Big Macs, #20-24 gray and black ribbed midge pupa's, and emergers working well. Pheasant tails and wd 40s to foam wings in the pm. The lower flats has been hot some days lately with a good hatch of the large midges starting around 10:30-11:00am. Beatis bend and death row has all been fishing good. Some good dry fly action below ET rock up on the flats. Simon down to the Crusher hole Take out has been good to great with a good beatis hatch late am into the afternoon. #20-22 Adams sparkle duns and olive or gray Parachute Adams.
