{%image_id=26104%}What a great spring we are having this year. The weather has been awesome to say the least. I have only had to cancel one trip so far because of conditions that were to bad to fish. {%image_id=26102%} We are a full month ahead with are inshore fishery. Snook are already heading for the beaches and passes. There was a big school of linesiders around the Rod and Reel pier this past week. That usually dose not happen until late May. {%image_id=26105%} Resident Tarpon have been at the Skyway bridge ever since February. Now they are showing on the deeper edges of the flats and in small pods off the beaches. Two days ago we jumped one while trout fishing off Anna Maria sound. {%image_id=26103%} Redfish have slowed a little but still can be had with a little work. {%image_id=26106%}{%image_id=26101%} Trout are still on fire. The big fish from a few weeks ago have slowed down a little but lots of slot fish are here for the taking. Good Fishing! Capt. Rick Gross 941-730-5148 sarasotafishingwithrick.com
