Striped Bass fishing in Raritan Bay

April 24. Ran out to Romer shoals today to clam for some bass. Anchored up on some readings and had our first bass within 20min. Had a steady pick through the outgoing tide. Most bass were between 27" to 30". Not the hot fishing we had on top last week, but we did manage a boat limit with plenty of releases. I will take a slow day like that anytime. Capt.
