Here we are in mid April and conditions are more like mid May. Fish are dropping fast but the action remains good most days. Dropback fishing is pretty easy if you can find a good pod of fish. They are hungry and will generally bite about any offering. Eggs, worms. flies, spinners, your choice. Fish the fastest deepest water you can find. They need oxygen as water temps climb into the 50's each day. Brookfield Power has wastes what little water we have and now we will suffer with low water through the month as there is no rain in the forecast. It is what it is and we will still catch fish but it is a shame they did not conserve the water.
