Steelhead Still Going Strong

Dry fly fishing isn't just for trout. When the water conditions are right and fish are grabby you can fish dry flies aka skaters for steelhead. With one exception of a week ago we have had a lot of both this season. And to make things better we've had the river pretty much to ourselves this fall. This skater fish was taken at camp just three days ago. The Deschutes steelhead season is winding down so if you have hit the river yet better do it soon. Tight Lines
