Yellowfin tuna is a highly prized catch in the Sport, many say "pound for pound" Yellowfin Tuna is one of the most challenging catches.  During the first quarter 2020 we had 35 groups fishing with us & 1 large group of 24 anglers. Clients had an incredible time with sunny days, calm sea and lots of Marlin and Tuna Action early season. In February massive schools of Yellowfin Tuna start migrating through the Gulf of Chiriqui. They feed on spawning squid, baitfish and Sardines. Panama Tuna fishing typically starts around mid Feb around Hannibal Bank and Isla Montuosa .
