The Fall bite is certainly here. The Smallmouth Bass are biting well. Moving Baits like Spinerbaits, Topwaters and Swimbaits are getting the best reactions. War Eagle Screaming Eagle Spinnerbaits are my favorite for the fall in Mouse and all Chartreuse. Full Sized Zara Spooks are drawing some crushing strikes as well.{%image_id=11898%} The Flathead Catfish bite continues to be awesome. Many trips my clients are boating 20+ fish in a 5 hour trip. Quite a few 30+lb fish have been boated with many fish weighing greater than 20 lbs. Live bait continues to be the best producer with fresh cutbait catching a few as well as some real nice Channel Cats to 13 lbs.{%image_id=11899%} I will continue to run both Smallmouth and Flathead trips through the fall till the Walleye bite picks up during the cold weather period. Please call or email for available dates. Dave
