The Council's adopted ocean salmon season allow for an allocation of 30,800 to the Klamath River Recreational fishery and 30,900 to the Klamath Tribal fisheries. The California Fish and Game commission actually sets the river recreational quotas and regulations, and I don't know what they or the Department are considering as far as bag limits. It is unlikely the recreational fishery would approach such an allocation; the largest harvest in recent history was about 22,300 adults in 1988. Jump on board in Sept or Oct. 888-924-5477
