Good Trout and Redfish Day

Fished with an old friend today, Drake Perrow of Cameron, SC. His son John came along, as did his son-in-law Tyler Law, and Tyler's Dad Ken. Tyler lives here in Beaufort. Drake and I have worked together since 1990, and had the opportunity to fish both Belize and the Bahamas together. So it was great to have him and his family on the boat. We had a pretty darn good day, with some really nice trout, and Tyler had an 8 lb. redfish, and John followed with a nice 6 1/2 pound fish. Caught several small reds, ladyfish, jack crevalle, bonnetheads, whiting and even a puffer fish! And the temperature was hotter than the fishing!
