Striper Cartel - Norris Lake, Tn. Flood Gates Are Still Open

For only the 5th time since the dam was constructed, Norris Lake opened its flood gates about a week ago and there still going. Combine that with a cold front and major pressure change striper trips have been up and down. Not a lot of consistency, but it should straighten out by this weeks end.
